David M. Koenig, CPP

David M. Koenig has been involved in the security industry since selecting it as his career in 1981. He has held a number of top management positions in firms large and small that have provided a variety of security services including electronic card access systems, burglar alarm systems, fire alarm systems, uniformed security officers and patrol services, central monitoring station services and locksmithing. He has experience in many disciplines including sales, system installation, project management, design, budgeting, consulting and business management.

He is a member of American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS) and has achieved the designation of Certified Protection Professional (CPP). He has been a long time volunteer leader in ASIS and the Wisconsin Burglar & Fire Alarm Association holding a number of responsibilities in each organization including being a Past President of these organizations. Through his employees and partners he supports other industry trade organizations.

General Manager of branch office providing electronic alarm system installation and service, central monitoring station service and uniformed patrol services.

1996-1997 Central Control Alarm Corporation (CCAC)
General Manager of branch office providing electronic alarm system installation and service, central monitoring station service and uniformed patrol services until sold to SLA.

1982-1996 Capital Security Systems, Inc.
Partner and General Manager of security services firm offering locksmithing, alarm system sales and services, Uniformed Security and Patrol Officers (Tri-State Security), and UL listed Central Station Monitoring Services until sold to CCAC.

1981-1982 Mid-Wisconsin Security
Worked as both a Sales Associate and Central Station dispatcher.

His hobbies include Harley motorcycle riding, golf, and helping with his wife's horse boarding business.
