Engineering Inc., Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota,

Northern States Power Company.
As
a Senior Systems Consultant at Paulson & Clark
Engineering, Inc., Mr. Haugen is personally involved in
all phases of building design and construction and
oversees the work of all other Associate Consultants and
Project Team members. He has an in-depth knowledge of
building codes, contract documents, consulting, project
programming, design development and system
implementation.
Mr.
Haugen’s security management experience lies in
developing and directing comprehensive security and
asset protection programs using architectural design and
the effective use of computer-based security systems.
Mr. Haugen is also knowledgeable as to the needs of
public law enforcement having served 11 years in the
Federal Bureau of Investigation.
